Produced onsite from grain, starting with our bourbon mash bill. Local grains from a multi-generational Kentucky family farm. Light and sweet, with hints of cashew and citrus on the nose. Clean citrus notes followed by vanilla bean and a hint of buttered toast. A silky and rich, lingering sweet finish.
