This wine is more akin to French Mâconnais than domestic Chardonnnay—marked by a distinct signature of crispy fresh herbs, almost in the spectrum of 'hops'. Its fruit is cool and crispy, apple-driven, and laced with the fine minerality of the Piedmont hills. Fruit from 40 year old vines. Raised on the fine lees in stainless steel.
