Emmanuel Rouget is the nephew of one of Burgundy's most legendary winemakers, Henri Jayer. In 2001 when Jayer retired, he turned all of his holdings over to Rouget who now makes wines for both estates. The wines are ultra rare, traditional, and full of personality. This Chardonnay bottling is pale gold in color, has light citrus and apple notes, and vibrant salty minerality.
