Each complex sip of our premium potato vodka was born of locally harvested Rio Grande potatoes. This potato vodka is distilled once and cut with Rocky Mountain spring water. The effect is a warm cocoa hint on nose and palate, finishing long and earthy, with nuanced hints of charcoal, vanilla and black pepper.
