The grapes sourced for this low intervention wine are sourced from a special block in Elgin - known as the coolest wine region in South Africa. All fruit was whole bunch pressed, fermented, and aged in locally made clay amphorae. Lychee, honey, and black currant leaf define the nose, and the palate is classic gooseberry, lime, and fennel with salinity and driving acidity.
