The first proprietary bourbon to be distilled and released by Castle & Key from the restored grounds of the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades. Aromas of brown sugar, dried cherries, toasted pecans and clove. Aged 4 years, this bourbon has flavors of molasses, caramel apple, dark cherry, dried apricot, toasted oak and allspice.
