Located up against the rugged slopes of the Witzenberg Mountain range, Fable focuses on producing pure expressions of Rhône varieties. The nose shows red and black fruit, some incense-like perfume, white pepper and spice plus a little earthiness. The palate is light-bodied with lemon-like acidity and fine but not ungrippy tannins. Try served slightly chilled!
