Fireside is the flagship brand for Mile High Spirits, Denver's original downtown distillery. We mash Colorado corn, Colorado rye and malted barley; distill in our custom copper still (affectionately called "Steamy Wonder"); age a minimum of 2 years in new American oak barrels in our Denver rack house. The result: smoky aroma, caramel and baking spice notes, and a mellow finish.
