Claus Preisinger is a now-risen star of natural wine in Austria. Puszta Blanca is sourced from several certified biodynamic vineyards around Lake Neusiedlersee, close to the Hungarian border and the UNESCO world heritage site known as Puszta. A playful nose of dilly brine, lime oil, and raw green peanut; the palate is punchy with golden apple, lemon candy, and apricot marmalade.
