Ross & Bee Maloof make this "Rosé-ish" with skin contact Pinot Gris, Riesling for acidity, and a little Schönburger for some playful fruitiness. It's got great structure- more than most rosé, and should be great with anything from Sushi to Pizza. It'll show even better with a tiny bit of air and served closer to cellar temp than fridge temp.
