The wines are alive and vivacious, and once in the glass are transformed hour by hour. They reflect the territory and the vintage during which they were produced. Destemmed then fermented for 30 days on the skins before pressing and ageing for 3 years in botti. This wine is a gem and the age just gives it more personality.
