Despite the blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, Passetoutgrain red feels and tastes of Burgundy, more than Beaujolais. They are in effect the easiest wines of the region to drink and match with food. Medium bodied, with a firm but distinct tannic frame, "Grange le Duc" shows red and blue fruits, spice and smoke—all with lip smacking freshness. Totally delicious.
