Made from one of the first cooperatives in Burgundy (formed in 1929), this wine showcases all the notable aspects of Burgundy: grapes from sustainable and organic vineyards in Côte Chalonnaise, vinified and aged in neutral vessels, and a generous showcase of flavors such as black and red currant, cherry, and a little bit of spice that's accentuated with silky tannins.
