Aiming for the best expression of fruit, Matthieu partners with his friend and fellow winemaker Remi Pouizin to select younger, biodynamically farmed vines. Vinification and elevage all occur in concrete, allowing the purest nature of the grape to show through: expressive, layered aromas of blackberry and black cherry, silky tannins and a touch of black pepper to finish.
