The Mehofer family has farmed these mountain-side vineyards for over 300 years and in 1992 were one of the first wineries to convert to 100% organic. Made simply and with minimal intervention this delicious and wholesome white is full of ripe green apple sprinkled with notes of white pepper and fresh herbs.
