The earliest record of vines being planted to this estate is from the 1600s! This single vineyard Petit Chablis comes from a parcel that was originally within the AOC of Chablis- so it's not so Petit after all. Bright lemon and lime notes mingle with salty mineral tones. This would be lovely with oysters and other light fare.
