These grapes are sourced from a single vineyard called 'Graviers' in the NE of Burgundy, where the high content of gravel and clay stand out in this amphora-aged, unfiltered wine. Look for aromas of black cherries, raspberries and earth. The palate is bright, fresh and juicy, scored with flavors of raspberry and baking spices.
