Wine Description | This is a new Hybrid Variety that UC Davis has developed to resist Drought and Pierce Disease. All organic and sustainable, only 9 barrel, or about 200 cases, are made. Rich, dark blackberry fruits with layers of smoked brisket, fresh tobacco, chocolate and dried, savory herbs. Smooth tannins make this rich, but silky on the finish. |
