The Colline Novaresi DOC denomination represents one of the most important wine-producing areas. It is a north-east Piedmont large district. It is extended from west to east, from Sesia river to Ticino river. The harvest takes place manually in boxes in late September. The winemaking process of ends with the wine maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
