"Vin de Frantz" is a composition of biodynamically farmed Menu Pineau and Romorantin from Frantz Saumon with a bouquet of honey glazed apples, yet tastes super lifted on the palate. Frantz Saumon’s signature varietal he works with is Chenin Blanc, yet the Vin de Frantz wines allow him to experiment with other varieties.
