Fabien Jouves is easily the loudest voice for the future of this neglected but prestigious region, this is the first vintage of this project from Jouves and another regional benchmark, Germain Croisille. Grown in limestone and kimmeridgean (those soils we go nuts for), this balances playful, juicy fruit with spice and just a little rustic structure.
