Fermented in two ways with its rose colored skins: part is destemmed and fermented slowly in open containers while separately whole berries are placed in a concrete egg to spontaneously ferment. After both are aged in barrel they are blended and the result is an aromatic wine with the structure of a red wine and exotic flavors and scents of white cherry and tangerine skin.
