‘See’ means lake as in Neusiedlersee and this vineyard overlooks the lake and is predominantly limestone from an ancient coral reef. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, this is a fresh and mineral mid weight white with great complexity. Delicate fresh pear, a touch of orange zest, subtle herbal spice, refreshing structure, elegant on the finish.
