Graillot is a master of Crozes-Hermitage and applies his skillset to these rustic, old vines of the Thalvin vineyard on the sun-baked Atlantic coast. The grapes here are cooled by the coastal winds and the resulting product is youthful - fresh blue fruit and a dash of pepper over a grippy palate - while exuding the subtle balance of a more sophisticated and powerful wine.
