Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in Slavonian oak botti for one year followed by one year in concrete. Nero d'Avola gives body and depth and Frappato gives fresh fruitiness and a certain floral quality. It's brilliantly bright and lively in style, refreshing, satisfying and all round lovely wine.
