This is a Carignan dominate Languedoc styled blend. 17 months in neutral French oak barrels gives this balance and elegance without heavy oak flavors. Ripe red fruits of blackberry, cherry and bosenberry dominate right away, with more meaty and dried herbs on the mid palate and finish. Perfect alone or with pork and lighter pasta dishes.
