Grapes were hand harvested with 33% whole bunches retained. Aged 10 months in neutral French oak puncheons prior to bottling unfined & unfiltered.

Generous berry and plum flavors fill the mouth along with floral lavender. A lively acidity and saline finish combine with firm tannins that highlight the granite soils of this vineyard.
