20 to 60 year old vines. Two thirds schist oriented north east, and one third gneiss. Dry and stony, hand picked.
5 months of fermentation in barrels (malolactic fermentation). Aged 8 months in 5 to 9 years old barrels. Memories of pineapple and pear, silky, delicate, long finish.
