The estate has been organic since 2004, with sheep grazing the vineyards and cover crops to ensure soil health and bio-diversity. This lovely wine is drinking beautifully showing ripe cherry, wild strawberry, red currant, citrus and mint aromas - quite ripe but balanced, elegant and pretty.
