Trocken is the German for Dry. So this wine will still have the beautiful Riesling fruit but the finish will be dry. This means it will be crisp and clean with more of a mineral quality than a sweet finish. These wines are more vibrant and are wonderful food wines. Beautiful fruit with a crisp finish that is simply beautiful.
