This is a classic, fresh crisp Dolcetto. Stainless steel aged to allow the wine to settle and come into balance, but maintain its fruit, acidity and freshness. Bright cherry and cranberry fruit with balancing acidity and soft round tannins- this screams for a pizza alla funghi! Very limited production from a single vineyard in Barbaresco.
