Using biodynamically farmed grapes from Parvenah Vineyards in Paso Robles, CA (thanks to climate change for a devastating frost on the Western Slope,) this Syrah - Cabernet Franc was spontaneously cofermented open top on native yeast - 50% whole cluster foot stomped, 50% whole berry destemmed - spent 21 days on skins, and aged 11 months sur lie on neutral French oak.
