Jack Rabbit Hill is a diversified farm located in western Colorado’s North Fork Valley, near the town of Hotchkiss. The 70-acre property grows 18 acres of grapes, 11 acres of hops, sheep, cows, and chickens. They make vineyard-driven wines , craft spirits, and hard cider .
