Domaine Ami is a passion project by Paul Perarnau & Willy Roulendes. Both have a great resume in the wine industry and are very experienced in the ways of the traditional Burgundian style. HOWEVER, "Domaine Ami" is a fresh take on that old style and this wine SHINES with exuberance and life! They use organic AND biodynamic farming techniques and add only a little bit of sulfur.
