Valérie Chaume took over her parent's farm which included 5 hectares of vines in the Vinsobres appellation in 1987 following her viticulture and oenology studies. Together with her husband Philippe, they expanded the plantings to more than 30 hectares today. This bright and beautiful Cotes-du-Rhone sees no wood and balances juicy Cinsault with savory Grenache and Syrah.
