From the esteemed village of Bué, François Crochet belongs to the new school of Sancerrois vignerons. Farming is certified organic, and practicing biodynamic, only perfectly ripe (never overripe!) fruit is harvested, and only native yeasts are used during fermentation. The resulting wines are concentrated, elegant, and terroir-driven, speaking to their limestone-rich soils.
