Produced entirely from Chardonnay from their Clos Saint Pancras vineyard, Staccato leads with rich, toasty brioche notes due to several years on lees and several more years of bottle aging. The palette is nervy with great tension and minerality. This is a serious sparkling wine at a bargain!
