Domaine Jerome Jouret is a small family, certified organic winery in Southeastern France. The vineyards are all harvested by hand and never see any chemicals. The cool climate of the region and high elevation contributes to making this wine highly aromatic with lots of fresh flavor. This wine has notes of yellow plums, quince, honey, and lemongrass.
