The grapes are fermented on the skins for about 15 days, followed by aging for 6 months in oak barrels with another 6 months in the bottle before releasing it. Dark, deep ruby colored with an intense bouquet and flavor of black cherries, black pepper, cinnamon, plums and vanilla. Medium body with a good fruit-acid balance, light tannins and clean finish.
