The grapes are fermented on the skins for about 15 days, followed by aging for 6 months in oak barrels. This is followed by another 6 months in the bottle before releasing it. Spicy aroma with hints of red fruits. Good, mature tannins on the palate with a long finish. Dry, but very round and balanced. Pair with red meats, strong chese and spicy dishes.
