The Magnolia Chardonnay is fermented at low temperature to preserve the freshness and bright fruit and minerals. Aged 100% in French oak, only 10% new, to give texture and elegance without heavy oak influence. Fresh pear and apple fruits with white floral notes attack the front palate, round and mouth filling with a clean, bright citrus and mineral finish.
