This Friulano is a benchmark wine for the Collio. The single vineyard old vines are planted on the unique 'ponka' soil which offers steeper slopes, great drainage and provides intense minerality to the wines. Notes of fresh ginger and almond paste lie just below freshly crushed green apple and zime zest. Pair with well-aged parmesan and a mountain of San Daniele prosciutto.
