The color of this Riesling from Alsace is yellow with intense reflections. The nose is intense and typical of the grape variety with notes of yellow lemon mixed with white flowers. The structure is supple with lemony flavors quickly replaced by a nice zesty freshness. The finish is acid driven and lively. Accompanies seafood, fish, vegetables, pork and chicken.
