Ravera is the most important single vineyard in Comune di Novello. A very complex site, Vajra’s Ravera comes from the most southern amphitheater, between 320 and 340 meters above sea level. Maceration usually lasts 50 to 60 days, including a long period of submerged cap. The wine is aged for 30-32 months in large Slavonian casks. Red fruit, mint, chalk, white pepper and orange peel burst from the glass. Best 2029-2049
