Made from Pinot Noir, this is a rosé made by the "bleeding" or "Saignée" method in thermo-regulated tanks. A classic Sancerre rose, beautifully colored with subtle bright fresh fruity notes and flinty minerality undertones. Enjoy as an aperitif, but especially with salads, grilled fish and meat.
