The Matengoli brothers are two of the most dedicated farmers in Montalcino and the 8.5 hectare estate is farmed using both organic and biodynamic principles. Grown on 8.5 Ha of vineyards located in the north-west side of Montalcino from a selection of older plots. The wine is fermented on the skins for 18 days, followed by 2 years of aging in 20 hl. barrels 20 % new.
