Named after a "tan little pig", this rosé begins with the gentle crushing of the grapes and natural yeast fermentation. After 36 hrs on the skins, the juice is drained to rest in a partially-buried stainless steel tank (for natural temperature regulation). Deeply aromatic with notes of red cherries and herbs, the palate is awash with bright red fruit and ample minerality.
