Blard & Fils selects the grapes for cuvée Thomas from estate parcels composed of marl and blue silex. Whole-cluster fermentation takes place in stainless steel, offering a pristine juice. Jacquère is shy to the nose, showing floral whisps of pear and hints flint. Flint drives the first sip, cracked open with sapid citrus acidity, swashes of orchard fruit, and a pop of saline.
