Grapes for this wine come from vines planted in 1997 on marine sedimentary soils. Our goal is to show the character of Pinot Blanc that’s fermented in old barrels on the lees, in the style of Henri Gouges (among other Burgundy producers). Native yeast for primary and malolactic fermentations, bottled without fining or filtration. Luscious but with bright acidity, truly elegant.
