This organic winery from a young female winemaker is dedicated to preserving indigenous varieties of grape and older vineyards. The local Minutolo grape called Fiano in Puglia, is much less common these days but produces intense aromas of citrus fruits, Mediterranean herbs and yellow plums. Hints of salinity makes this white a great pairing with salads, antipasti and seafood!
